I am you, as much as you are me. The every breath I breathe, could in turn be the very same one that you inhale today, tomorrow, next year. My conscious thoughts have every chance of becoming your own. The people, the planet, Mother Earth in all her glory, and the animals great and small . . . are each of these elements not affected by one and then another? Is it not that ripple affect we hear of so often.

If each of us made the conscious decision each morning that we wake, that today I will be 
happy and be the best I can be. That today I will make a difference in one persons life . . . wow, what an incredible day you would have in front. It could be as simple as a hug, or a smile to a complete stranger. Give that spare coin in your pocket to the homeless man you walk past every day as though he did not exist. You may not think that any one small gesture could make such a difference, but has it not been proven again and again that it can.
I would then ask of you to ask one person who is close to you to do the same.
So then you begin to think on a larger scale. If every single person did this one small gesture each day; passing on the message to one other soul . . . not only are you now making a difference in yours, and that one other person you have touched, but you’ve also made a difference in the child whose face was lit from within from the friend of your sister’s cousin’s uncle that too had heard of the gesture placed.
Now think even bigger again. Do you not understand that if you then had all of these people focusing their energies into only the good of heart. Does it not then rise the vibrations of every element. Every being of breath; be it thy neighbour, animal, the tree or flower at your front doorstep or across the other side of the world, all feeding off your essence of being in one way or another.

It has too been proven that within your next breath, the argon molecules that exhaled from you, could in fact be inhaled days and even years later by someone else. Does that in itself not have you consider on a scientific level how who we are could quite possibly impact another.
God is a power greater than all else. Is that not what so many believe? Though is God not Love, just as I believe we are all Love (even those who find themselves lost beneath a tormented mind of sorts). Therefore, are we not all God, or for others, could you not believe that we each contain an element of God within us; once more bringing us to the conclusion that we are One.
1 Corinthians 12:13 – For by one Spirit are we all baptized into one body, whether [we be] Jews or Gentiles, whether [we be] bond or free; and have been all made to drink into one Spirit.

Please note that I do not write this to discriminate anyone’s choice in religion or belief. I respect all. I write this in only expressing what I have come to believe is my truth. The beauty with this, is that the world over is coming to a similar belief. The shift has long begun, and even those of science are now having to re-examine that of which they once wrote and spoke. For even they are finding scientific evidence of what others, such as the Aboriginal elders, and the monks of Tibet, have always known.
